Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Lupa Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of this website and any services we provide, including cleaning, painting, handyman work, and related services. By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Lupa Services offers residential and commercial services including, but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Cleaning services
  • Maintenance and handyman services
  • Specialized service requests

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and project requirements.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

All price estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Actual conditions found at the service location
  • Additional work requested by the client
  • Changes in material costs

Any price adjustments will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • Safe and accessible working conditions
  • Electricity, water, and basic utilities are available
  • Pets and children are kept safely away from the work area
  • Accurate information is provided when requesting quotes

6. Payments

Payment terms will be specified during the quote or invoicing process. We accept major payment methods including cards, checks, and digital payments. Late payments may incur fees as allowed under Massachusetts law.

7. Materials & Warranties

Materials used will be of professional quality. Any manufacturer warranties for paints, equipment, or supplies apply as provided by the manufacturer. Lupa Services guarantees workmanship quality within reasonable industry standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lupa Services is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, business, or personal property
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, materials, etc.)

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service performed.

9. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds when services have been fully or substantially rendered.

10. Property Damages

We take all reasonable precautions to protect client property. Any damage caused directly by our negligence will be addressed by repair, replacement, or compensation.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The work environment is unsafe
  • Client behavior is abusive or inappropriate
  • Information provided by the client is fraudulent or misleading

12. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, text, videos, and design—is the property of Lupa Services. Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Relationship to Privacy Policy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
